I don’t think I take many bench photos now Tish. The challenge was to get it out of my system and it worked – sort of. It was such a lot of fun to see how many people take bench photos.
Ah well. Worth a try π
Love it, Tish. Do you still have snow or is this an “old” photo? Our snow has been rapidly melting since yesterday and today’s above freezing temperatures. Now it’s in the ugly stage. π¦
Your photo chills me. π π

A dramatic picture that I am sure you will look back on when we have a hot summer’s day (maybe:) Thanks. Janet π
Might quite long to sit on it on a hot summer’s day π
Sounds like a wonderful idea π
Hi. I love this picture. It is dramatic, when I look at it, I think of story plot around it.
It definitely needs a good story to go with it π
Good photo…I hope it is made out of teak wood.
Yes, I hope so too π
That is a truly gorgeous photograph. You have excelled yourself with this one. A must for your portfolio. And a definite for a frame and a wall.
Now you know how much I love a bench π and I also love the treatment of this image. Nice one Tish π
Thank you, Jude. I miss your bench series, now you mention it. Maybe time for another?

Definitely a December pic. No real snow since then, though we’ve had a few icy flurries. The slushy stage is not good though.
You know what? Itβs beautiful, but Iβm only mildly envious!
You captured a lovely winter scene giving us room to reflect in the comfort of our cozy living room. Great shot, Tish!
That’s a very thoughtful appraisal, Peter. Thank you.
Ah, lovely. Now … let’s hear it for spring!
Definitely. Bring on spring. At least we have sun this morning, though it’s still cold.
Bone-chilling but delightful!
Thank you, Lisa.
Rather a stunning image.
Thank you, Sally
Looking at that image certainly cools me down on this very hot day.
Brrrrrrrghhhh …. what a contrast to the heat we have in Singapore!
Love the covering of snow – so starkly serene.
I can imagine that contrast!
