Not sure what was going on here. I think this is one of my cameraβs own recent compositions. I recognise the power lines behind the allotment, but who knows where the wafty branches came from. The whole thing looks like a charcoal sketch, with just enough spikiness to qualify for Beckyβs March Squares.
It looks like it was taken from a moving vehicle
It does, Trev.
You mean there aren’t any branches there ?Interesting photo.
Not unless my camera had gone into super zoom mode, which might explain a lot!
Just print it on canvas and in a few years you will be a famous artist π
π Worth a shot π
It is so beautiful….and definitely a charcoal sketch….A very fortunate accident. I like the previous quote and it’s right on the money. π
Must be very windy in your part of the country Tish!! π
It is! Hold on to your hats!
I like it! It has an ethereal quality to it. This is definitely the kind of thing I would like to draw.
Clouds? It’s very artistic — a real keeper!
Thank you π
And there’s someone down there…..
Ooooh! You’re right, Sue. Well spotted, m’am.
I like to consider myself observant, Tish!
And quite right too π
Thanks! ππ
If you said you carefully planned the shot and it came out exactly as you hoped we would all agree.
That’s a very nice thing to say, Mike. I can only give my little Lumix the credit π
Nicely done by the thing itself!
π
Glad someone else has a camera with a mind of it’s own, Tish π π Or was it the Ghost of Cameras Past?
Just saying to Becky, think it might be the camera’s last gasp. G is conducting an autopsy as I write.
Oh no! Too early for Christmas present ππ·πΆπ xx
Have no fear. I have others! Courtesy of ebay π
Will stop by for beans later. Portuguese class first π£ππ·πΆ xx
Hope the class is going well.
It’s over. We’re in the bar πΉπ xx
Well attended – class and bar! Chin-chin!
I saw its cousin recently – a painting by Sara Freeman called βFluxβ, wax and egg tempera on board. Price? $4200.

Well, fancy that, Meg. I love Sara’s version though. Rather more texture and intention expressed!
Cool shot! Bravo to your camera.
Cheers, Karen!
Brilliant, I never think to keep my camera’s self taken shots.
