A few days ago when I was looking out the Great Zimbabwe photos to scan, I came across an envelope with this view inside. Anyone know where it is? Or where do you think it might be? Answers on a postcard please. Or if not on a postcard, in the comments box below
I should think about Zimbabwe , maybe…, but I say Scandinavia…
I’m nearly sure i’m wrong……, but I tried…
Beautiful , anyway!
Somewhere pretty nice, is my guess.
Maybe from the Chimanimani Mountains in Zimbabwe.? 🙂
Keep guessing, Drake 🙂
I do not know, but I wish that I could be there now. Simply breathtaking…
It was. And especially after a steep climb – though it is classed as a little mountain!
Wherever it is, reminds me of the Coigach in Scotland….!
🙂
Haven’t a clue, but I’ll take a stab and say it’s Mau Famau in North Wales, looking south toward the old mining village of Ykiddinrite.
If I’m correct then the river in the background will be Llanwangogogogogobryn – translated to English basically means: To Wander all over the Bloody Place.
Looks Scottish loch to me, Tish. 🙂 Lomond if I stick my neck out but I’m known for being wrong.
I have no idea, but dropped by to take a better look at a shot of mountains, my favorite place to be. 🙂

Patagonia or Canada. It could just about be on any continent except Australia. It looks gorgeous.

A beautiful view.
I thought Scotland first of all but I think there are two many peaks in the distance. I hope you’re going to tell us.
I just might, Gilly 🙂
Mmmm… tricky one. I’d say the Lake District or possibly Scotland. Wherever it is it’s a cracking view!
Amazing landscape 🙂
