In my last post I featured Maasai Cricket Warriors raising awareness about FGM and women’s rights. Now please meet Kakenya Ntaiya, the young Maasai woman who dared to bargain with her elders for an education, and so brought change to her community.
She tells her amazing story in a TED TALK. Please do watch it. I can guarantee she will lift your spirits. She is a total star.
