Lovely pink blooms but I also adore the architecture. Such charming buildings. Thanks so much for sharing! ~Gina
Glad you liked the post, Gina. And yes, the architecture is utterly appealing, isn’t it.
You are most welcome, Gina.
Gorgeous! What a feast for the eyes.
Thanks, Melissa.
great selection for this week
Thanks, Jo.
I especially love that fish photo and the wooden buildings.
Hi Francesca, thanks for visiting.
Hi Tish, my daughter lives in Cambridge and my niece in Ipswich, Mass…..an area I love to visit, and these photographs have reminded me of that:)
Great photos Tish. Never been to Maine but these have certainly triggered happy memories of a long trip in New England.
Hello, David, how nice to find you here. And yes, Maine, New England, lovely parts of the world.
There is definitely more pink around than I suspected, sigh… but can’t argue with architecture and flowers and I do like a good lobster and red mullet 🙂
Absolutely!
Beautiful selection, Tish.
Thanks, Lynne.
I’m really glad there’s pink and there’s more pink. I don’t really like pink but your selection was able to show variations I liked. Pink and green should never be seen, but somehow in nature it’s OK (ish)
Yes, Tony, I share your reservation on pink. But then I also wish I’d photo’ed a lobster roll, the epitome of pinkiosity. I was just too busy scoffing to think of recording same. Perhaps just as well to avoid unbridled drooling. Not good for the keyboard.
Enough already. I cannot imagine you scoffing and drooling. That’s shattered my image of you.
Beautiful in pink – great photos!
What fun those photos are, Tish! I don’t have a favorite, but I do love lobstah. 🙂

Yum! And what about fish chowder?
Yum, too. Clam chowder as well.
Oh indeed yes.
so that’s what an average lobster looks like…
