the fallen apples look so artsy in your B/W rendition – and I will think of this when I use gloves and a bag to scoop up our fallen ones – they can attract fruit flies and so i try to stay on top of them.

Blackbirds are having a wonderful time. There’s so much wasted fruit at the allotment. Which is good for them of course and all the little critters.

You are so nice! Photo was taken in very low light, but even so there was a bit of weird luminosity around the apples which the camera picked up.
